Evering · A private gallery for your wedding

Fig. 00Feature — WhatsApp uploads

Collect wedding photos on WhatsApp

Your guests already live in WhatsApp. Let them send their photos there — and have every one land in your private gallery, sorted and searchable, instead of scrolling away in a group chat.

A wedding group chat is brilliant for one evening — and then your photos disappear under the replies.

The photos live only on whoever posted them, the good ones get buried, and a week later nobody can find anything. Evering keeps what guests love about WhatsApp — it's the app already in their hand — and fixes what it can't do: every photo collects into one private gallery that's yours to keep, search, and download.

Fig. 01How it works

Send like always.

  1. 01

    Share one WhatsApp link

Your gallery comes with a WhatsApp link and QR. Guests tap it and a chat with Evering opens, already pointed at your wedding — no number to save, no group to join.

  2. 02

    Guests send their photos

They send photos and videos the way they send anything on WhatsApp. It's the most familiar thing in the world, so even guests who'd never download an app take part.

  3. 03

    Everything lands in your gallery

Each photo flows straight into your private gallery — gathered with your QR uploads, sorted, and ready for selfie face-search. Nothing gets buried in a chat thread.

Fig. 03Questions
How do guests send wedding photos over WhatsApp?
Your gallery includes a WhatsApp link and QR code. A guest taps it, a chat with Evering opens already linked to your wedding, and they send their photos and videos like any other WhatsApp message. There's no number to save and no group to join.
Isn't a WhatsApp group enough on its own?
A group works for a day, then the photos scroll away, get buried under replies, and live only on whoever's phone posted them. Evering uses WhatsApp as the way guests send, but collects everything into one private gallery you control — so nothing is lost in the thread.
Are WhatsApp photos the same quality as uploading directly?
WhatsApp compresses photos a little in transit, so for the very best quality the in-browser uploader (via your QR code or share link) keeps full-resolution originals. WhatsApp is the easiest way to capture the most photos from the most guests; the web uploader is there when quality matters most. Many couples offer both.
Do guests need to download anything?
No — that's the point. They already have WhatsApp, so there's nothing new to install and no account to create. Tap, send, done.
How long does my gallery stay online?
Your gallery is hosted for a full year from activation, and you can download everything guests send at any time during that year to keep on your own devices.

Meet your guests where they are.

Set up your gallery and share the WhatsApp link. Every photo your guests send comes home to one private place.
