Do my guests need to download an app to use the QR code?
No. Scanning the QR opens your gallery directly in the phone's web browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create — guests tap and start adding photos. Removing the app barrier is the single biggest reason more guests actually contribute.
Where should I put the wedding photo QR code?
Anywhere guests already have their phones out: table cards, the welcome sign, the order of service, cocktail napkins, or the bar. Most couples place a small card on each table and one larger sign near the entrance.
Can I customise the QR code with our names?
Yes. Your QR code carries your couple names, and the gallery it opens is styled with your colours and typography, so the whole experience feels like your day rather than a generic upload form.
What happens to the photos guests upload?
They land in your private gallery in full resolution. You can require approval before anything appears, set an optional passcode, and download everything. Your gallery is live for a year, and you can download a full-resolution copy any time to keep.
How long does the gallery stay online?
Your gallery is hosted for a full year from activation. Any time during that year you can download every photo and video in full resolution to keep on your own devices.
